Use this guide to see survey participation across all your surveys in one page. For admins and survey creators.
The Over All Analytics page shows totals and charts for all surveys in your org. Use it to see how many responses you receive and spot trends. The Dashboard tab shows the same charts and adds the CSAT, NPS and response rate numbers. See Monitor surveys on the InPoll dashboard.
Open Over All Analytics
- Open the Surveys tab in the InPoll app.
- On the left, click the Surveys number.
Over All Analytics opens. Click the back arrow at the top left to return to the Surveys tab.
Read the counts
Four counts show at the top of the page.
- Surveys: the number of surveys in your org. It goes up when you add a survey and down when you delete one.
- Active Distributions: not used any more, so do not rely on it. For the number of invitations sent, use Invitations sent on the Dashboard tab.
- Partial Responses: responses from people who left the survey with some questions unanswered.
- Complete Responses: responses from people who finished the survey and answered all questions.
Read the bar chart
The bar chart Responses over time compares complete and partial responses. Dark blue shows complete responses and light blue shows partial responses. Point to a bar to see its count.
Switch between months and days
- Next to View By, open the list.
- Select Months to see responses for each month of the year, or Days to see responses for each day of a month.
- Use the arrow buttons to move to the previous or next year or month.
Read the donut chart
The donut chart shows the share of responses that each survey received in the selected month. The center shows the total number of responses. Use the arrow buttons to move to another month.
Example: three surveys X, Y and Z receive 20 responses in total. X has 10, Y has 4 and Z has 6. The chart shows X as 50%, Y as 20% and Z as 30%.
