Is InPoll really free?
Yes. InPoll is fully free and has no paid tier or InPoll-imposed survey or response caps.
What limits still apply?
Your Salesforce org must support the required package and survey site. Salesforce licensing, storage, email, execution limits and permissions still apply. Free InPoll does not provide a Salesforce license or extra platform capacity.
Do I need AI or an API key?
Core survey creation, sending and reporting need no AI account or API key. Optional AI has separate availability and administrator setup requirements; check the AI availability guide for your installed version.
Can I use feedback in my Salesforce records?
Yes, with response mapping. Supported updates depend on the invitation, related record, field types and permissions. Anonymous public-link answers can create records but cannot select an existing record to update.
