Response
Deleting survey responses is possible at any time. Users can delete individual responses as well as multiple responses at once. Additionally, all responses to a survey can be deleted at once.
For example, when a respondent didn't answer questions consequentially, or filled out the survey too quickly, these responses can be removed so they don't affect the overall results. To delete a response, you will need to navigate to the "Responses" tab, select the response(s) you want to delete, and then use the "Delete" button from the action dropdown menu. Be aware that once deleted, the responses can't be recovered.
To delete an individual survey response, follow these steps:
Go to the survey record in Salesforce.
Access the "Summary" tab.
Open the "Responses" subtab.
Select the response you want to delete by clicking the checkbox next to it.
Utilize the "Response Actions" button located at the top of the page.
Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
A confirmation popup will appear. Click "OK"
Please note that this action is irreversible, once you delete a response, it cannot be recovered.
To delete all responses to a survey, follow these steps:
Go to the survey record in Salesforce.
Access the "Summary" tab.
Open the "Responses" subtab.
Select "All Responses" checkbox
Utilize the "Response Actions" button located at the top of the page.
Select "Delete Selected" from the dropdown menu.
Click on the "Apply" button to delete all selected responses.
Please note that this action is irreversible, once you delete all responses, they cannot be recovered. Be aware that if you filter the responses, it will only delete the responses that are shown in the list, not all the responses.
