Archive the Survey

Last Modify:

14 Nov 2024

Archiving a survey makes it unavailable for distribution, but it doesn't delete the survey or its responses. After a survey is archived, it will no longer be available for distribution and new responses will not be collected. However, any collected data will still be saved, and you can still view and analyze the responses. The survey will be still visible in the survey list, but you can filter the list to see only archived surveys.

It's important to note that once a survey is archived, you cannot unarchive it i.e. it cannot be published again, but you can still export the data of the survey and use it for analysis, reporting, or further research.

Follow these steps to archive a survey.

  1. Open a published survey.

  2. Click on the Edit survey button.

  3. Update the survey status button published to Archived.
