Deleting a survey permanently removes the survey and all its responses from Salesforce. Once a survey is deleted, it cannot be recovered, so it is important to be certain that you want to delete the survey before taking action.
It's also important to note that, when a survey is deleted, any data or information associated with it, such as analytics, responses, and distributions, will also be permanently deleted. So, it is recommended to export the survey responses before deleting the survey, if you want to keep the data.
To delete a survey, follow these steps:
Go to the "Surveys" tab in Salesforce.
Locate the survey that you want to delete, and select the "Builder" tab.
Click on the "Delete" icon.
A pop-up message will appear asking "Are you sure you want to delete this survey?"
Carefully review the message and if you are sure you want to delete the survey, click the "OK" button.
Please note that once you delete a survey, it cannot be recovered, so it's important to be certain that you want to delete it before taking action. Please note the following when deleting a survey:
Only draft surveys can be deleted, published and archived surveys cannot be deleted.
