Preview
Users can preview the created survey by clicking on the "Preview" button located in the side panel on the left. In the preview survey mode, you can answer questions and navigate through the survey just as participants would using a real link. The survey appears exactly as it would in the real link, with the added feature of a mobile preview that can be opened and closed.
Additionally, the survey can be previewed in both Desktop and Mobile views by clicking on the respective icons located on the upper right side.
Desktop view
This is the default view that provides users with the look and feel of the survey in a desktop layout. The desktop icon is highlighted when the user is in the desktop view, as shown in the provided screenshot.
Mobile View
This feature allows you to preview how the survey will appear on a mobile device. The mobile representation is dynamic, enabling you to navigate through the survey just like you would with a real mobile link. This functionality operates similarly within the Survey Platform.
Welcome Note
The Welcome Note within the survey is an introductory block of text that precedes the survey questions. This note aims to provide context for the survey, explaining its purpose and why the recipient should participate. It's an opportunity to clarify how the collected information will be used and to establish a sense of relevance and importance.
To create a welcome note, simply click on the “Welcome Note” button situated in the left-side panel.
Clicking on the “Welcome Note” option opens a text field where users can input the welcome note, survey introduction, or any relevant information. Users have the flexibility to adjust the style and formatting of the message according to their preferences.
Once entered, the note will appear in the preview at the outset of the survey questionnaire. To make it visible, users should toggle on the "Show Welcome Note" option and then save their changes.
