Hidden Question

Last Modify:

11 Jun 2024

It's important to note that hidden questions will still collect data if the respondent selects an answer, but they will not be able to see the question or the answer they selected on the survey. Also, Once a question is hidden, it will not be visible to respondents or in the Analyze Results section. You need to unhide the question if you want to see it again. Also, It's recommended to test the survey before publishing to make sure that the hidden questions are working as intended and not affecting the overall survey flow.

To hide a question in a survey you can follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Survey Builder tab.

  2. Add or edit a question.

  3. Click on the Advanced tab.

  4. Select the option "Hidden Question."

  5. Click "Save" to save the changes.

By following these steps, the question will not be visible to the respondents, but the answers will still be recorded and can be accessed later. This feature can be useful for creating conditional questions, for example, a question that only appears based on the answer to a previous question, or for testing different versions of a survey without affecting the collected data.
