Creating Surveys with Inpoll Survey Templates
Inpoll Survey offers a convenient way to expedite the survey creation process by providing a range of ready-to-use survey templates. These templates are designed to streamline your survey-building experience.
Accessing Survey Templates:
1. To access these templates, begin by clicking on 'Use Survey Templates' within the Inpoll Survey platform.
Survey Templates Page:
2. Once you click 'Use Survey Templates,' you'll be directed to the Survey Templates page. Here, you'll find a variety of pre-made survey templates at your disposal.
Template Actions:
Each survey template comes with three essential buttons:
- Preview: This button allows you to preview the questions and contents of the survey template. It's a helpful tool to ensure the template aligns with your survey requirements.
- Select: Clicking 'Select' enables you to choose the most suitable survey template for your needs. When selected, it opens the survey builder page with all the questions from the chosen template.
- Delete: If needed, you can delete templates that are no longer required.
Customizing Your Survey:
Once you've selected a survey template, it's time to customize it according to your specific requirements. Here are some key steps:
1. Survey Builder: Use the survey builder to design, format, and customize the survey form.
2. Review and Modify: It's essential to review the template and make necessary modifications to align it with your survey's unique objectives. This may include editing or removing questions, incorporating logic, and adjusting the survey's design and formatting.
Creating Your Own Templates:
In addition to using pre-made templates, Inpoll Survey allows you to create your own survey templates. Here's how:
1. Design and Save: Start by designing your survey and save it as a template for future use. This feature comes in handy when you need to create similar surveys in the future, saving you valuable time and effort.
2. Customization: Remember, you can edit, delete, or add new questions to your custom template as required. Apply formatting, logic, and advanced features to tailor the survey to your precise needs.
Publish and Distribute:
Once you've finalized your template and made the necessary customizations, you can proceed to publish and send the survey to your intended respondents. This process ensures a quick and efficient way to create surveys without starting from scratch.
Inpoll Survey's template options provide you with a versatile toolkit for creating surveys that align seamlessly with your objectives. Whether you're using pre-made templates or crafting your own, the platform empowers you to gather valuable insights effectively and efficiently.
Once you have finished editing the survey, you can save it as a new template for future use by clicking on the save as template button.
You can also give a name and choose a category for your new template before saving it.
Once the template is saved, it will be available under the My Templates section on the survey templates page.
You can also edit, preview, or delete your saved templates as needed.
To create a survey by using a template:
Click 'use survey templates' in the left-side panel.
Choose a template category from the given template
Hover over a template to see a preview of the survey questions and an overview of the survey.
Hover on a template to use the template, click Select
Edit the survey however you'd like. It's possible to add or edit questions, format questions, and delete questions from your survey before sending it to survey takers.
