Add Placeholder

Last Modify:

11 Jun 2024

A placeholder is a short hint or caption that appears within an input element, such as a text field or text area, and provides an example or a description of the expected input. Placeholders are typically displayed in a light gray color and disappear when the user starts to type. The placeholder is used to give an indication or a guide to the user on what kind of information is expected to be entered in the input field. It's important to note that the placeholder is only applicable for short answer and paragraph question types, not for all question types in a survey.
